MAKE IT A GOOD ONE!!!
It seems like an easy thing to do. But keeping a positive outlook can be hard when life’s daily struggles get in the way. That is why I end each and every PE class with that simple phrase. The truth is that in our lifetime we will only get one chance at each day, and we have a choice: we can make it a good one by keeping a positive outlook and taking on each challenge with gusto, or we can let it bring us down. Either way unless you have a certain special Delorean, you aren’t going to get another shot at it.
A huge thank you to all the parents who came out and supported our Physical Education program during Bring Your Parents to PE Week. I hope your experience in PE was a memorable one filled with laughter, learning and exercise. Along with the learning there is also a special kind of bonding that occurs when adults play with the children. When you attend PE with your child you create a permanent memory that will last a lifetime. It is something incredibly special that cannot be replicated any other way, and it is one of the greatest benefits of this event. Below you will see some highlights of the fantastic week that wouldn’t be possible without your attendance.
